Do it in the background. Have any new albums added through this mechanism come with a NEW label to allow it these to be easily found. This label must be manually acknowledged by the user.

  1. Create new binary that can be invoked on a headless server.
  2. Asynchronicity is then an operational concern. Timers and invocations are managed by running OS.
  3. Print out any updates. Have CLI option as to whether these updates should be stored in the DB.
  4. Up to user what to with the results. A headless server can send them be e-mail.
